Through this month or two of coaching, often you will weekly meet for a hour to receive conscious energy or guidance around the particular subject or intention for these sessions. They will provide illumination on possible shadows that are keeping you from not living your fullest in relationship, career, and self love.

6 month container of 1 on 1 work. These session are in depth soul work. Often moadlities or kundalini yoga, trauma release exercises, breathwork and meditation will be part of the session. Remote energy healing. This hour and half session is where you receive. Guided into a shamanic chakra journey within, Sacora will use moto-ki, reiki and her channeling abilities to give you a relaxing and rejuvenating experience where you will no doubt recieve messages from your heart and energy bodies.
