Sol Journey Workshop

This is a space for connection and growth, where we can align our goals and create a safe, sacred space together.

Let's embark on this journey with open hearts and minds!

Each Workshop the sacred space will incude:

• Themes Introduction 

• Tune IN

• INtention Setting for ourselves and the group. 

This is where we begin the SOL journey. We embark withing through the frequency training and I AM presences.  There will be an intuitive arrangement of modalitites connected to an intentional theme.

• Breath work

• Kundalini yoga

• Stretching

• Sound Bath

• Meditation

After the hour journey we will have time together to integrate through sharing our experiences. Looking back on our intention and see if they received it or clarity came. Ending with a quick grounding blessing and off to live our best lives in the refreshed, INlightened state.
